Josh is a co-founder of Concise and leads the business in the Asia Pacific region.
Josh has lead numerous large scale strategy and concept development projects in customer strategy, CRM and loyalty programmes and has significant experience in commercial due diligence projects in the leisure and retail sectors. Before co-founding Concise in 2001, Josh was head of CRM and a senior strategy consultant at a leading IT services consultancy, where he consulted to clients on CRM business strategies and supporting technical and e-business solutions. Josh has worked across multiple sectors in North America, Europe and Asia so has a broad spectrum of experience and cultural sensitivity. Sector expertise includes: hotels and leisure, financial services, private equity and the pharmaceutical/healthcare industry.
Josh lives in Sydney with his wife and young twin boys, and spends most of his free time surfing or playing golf.
