Sally is a Director in the UK office, responsible for leading large client engagements and developing the business.
She has deep experience in Customer Strategy, Change Management and the processes and technologies required to enable it. Sally has delivered strategies and played long-term interim management roles to deliver change within client businesses. This has included Process and Organisational Change programmes, altering team alignment, measurement and culture to align with customer-centric principles. Much of her recent work has been in the gaming, retail and leisure sectors.
Before joining iris Concise, Sally worked for 5 years in retail in strategy and marketing groups, and 10 years in consulting for clients in retail, sports, financial services and telecoms on customer experience design, customer relationship management, strategy and process re-design, managing a professional services team of 75 people.
Sally Holds an MBA from Cass Business School and lives in London with her partner, a Product Designer.
