Will is a Director in the UK office, responsible for running key client projects and leading the Change Management function within iris-Concise.
Will has 15 years experience in change management and project consultancy services, and has delivered significant business change, technology and strategic marketing programmes working both client and agency side.
Before joining iris-concise Will held senior management positions at Siemens Communication, thetrainline.com, and the Gala Coral Group where he implemented the Casino Loyalty scheme. More recently at iris-concise he managed the development and roll-out of the Ladbrokes retail loyalty scheme.
Will lives in south London with his wife and 2 children and would like to spend more time watching cricket at Lords.
