Benj is tasked with growing iris Concise on a global basis. This includes business development and ensuring consistency of product.
Benj is a specialist in the strategy and development of customer facing loyalty and CRM programmes, and was the lead consultant on several leisure and retail clients. He also heads up our private equity services practice.
Prior to co-founding iris Concise in 2001, Benj started his career in the wine trade, working in retail and as an assistant wine maker at several vineyards. In 1995 he branched into e-commerce consulting where he managed clients such as Railtrack, Paddy Power and cahoot.
Benj lives in London with his wife and three small children. He talks about the days when he used to play sport and occasionally still does. He is still involved in wine, running the company wine tastings.
