James is joint CEO of iris Concise. He leads geographic expansion and consulting capability development.
With a background in consulting and change management, James has worked across multiple sectors on a wide variety of engagements ranging from corporate strategy development, large-scale business transformation projects to short-sharp private equity commercial due diligence studies.
Before joint-founding iris Concise, James worked for Barclays in a variety of internal consulting roles, finishing his career in Madrid as Deputy Integration Director, executing the integration of Banco Zaragozano with Barclays Spain to create Spain’s 5th largest bank.
James is married with one daughter and lives in SW London and in his spare time watches as much sport and does as much sailing as his family will allow.
