Jennifer has broad experience in both developing and executing marketing and sales strategies focused around customer and organisation needs. This is typically based on a deep understanding of the direct correlation between the customer strategy and business process realignment and employee behaviour change / reorganisation.
Before joining iris Concise, Jennifer worked for 16 years across Asia Pacific, Europe and the US with clients in the aviation, travel, hospitality and retail sectors. Her roles included customer relationship management consulting and research with IBM and PWC, and sales and alliances with United Airlines.
Jennifer lives in Atlanta where she enjoys cooking and getting messy in the kitchen with her two young children.
